We created Nuda to change that.

Nuda means “naked” in Italian. We believe the next great food brand won’t come from adding more—but from stripping away everything unnecessary and doing the simple things better.

Starting with almonds—nature’s superfood—and just three core ingredients, we cracked the impossible tradeoff: low-carb (9g net carbs), fiber-rich (7g natural fiber), radically clean (only 3 core ingredients), and legitimately delicious.
